This is the process of a typical room addition.  Here are photos of a job we recently completed. 

Once Upon a Time...

This is what the area looked like before we began:

First, the area where the room addition is to occur is cleared out in preparation for the foundation work.

The forms are set, then the concrete is poured & finished

    Next comes the framing:

Then, the roof, windows and lath & stucco are installed

On the inside, insulation and drywall are being hung

Then, the finishing touches occur.  This is the installation of the cabinets, appliances, tile and paint and flooring.

Shortly thereafter, it’s done!
