You both went out of your way to keep us 100% satisfied, and the same is true for your subcontractors. We were pleased with everyone who come into our home.  Our construction was nearing an end just when the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays were approaching. You both worked diligently, as did Mike and his Tile Pro’s crew, to complete our remodel.

Dear Lorri and Dear John,

After nine months of construction work that began in September 2004 and ended last month with the final inspection we want to thank both of you for all you have done to convert our remodeling dream into reality.

Our contribution to the project was that, at the start we had ready a set of architectural drawings and an all important list of our special wishes. Converting the drawings and our special wishes into reality was your job. And you did it well. Lorri, you with your seemingly unlimited capacity to work and a memory that seems to rival that of an elephant and you, John, with your “CAN- DO” attitude for which no problems or difficulties seem to exist made the project for us a pleasant experience. The result of your work speaks for itself and we are happy.

We hired JMA Construction as our General Contractor for an addition to our home and a major reconfiguration of our kitchen and family room, including interior structural changes.  We would hire them again! JMA was very easy to work with, extraordinarily responsive, and very reasonable in terms of cost.  As is almost always the case in a construction project, we wanted to make some changes along the way.  JMA responded quickly and with very fair pricing.  Because of JMA’s cooperative approach to the project, it was a good experience, and we love the result!

Dear John and Lorri:
 
Thank you once again for helping to create a wonderful new master bedroom/bath at our home in Westlake Village.  Both Vickie and I (Rocky too), are delighted at the finished product.  It's just beautiful!, and a wonderful addition to the three (3) other remodeling projects that you have done at our home.
 
I was especially impressed at how you were able to finish earlier than expected, as you knew we were sleeping in Aaron's room and he was coming back for the summer from college in Texas.  Remodeling is probably harder than new construction as you deal with a great deal of existing issues and have to work around them.  In addition to all the "new", you took great care in protecting/preserving what we already had to compliment and enhance the bed/bath.
 
This was the 4th project that J.M.A. has worked on for us, and I have never been disappointed.  In addition to the excellent subs that you hire, Lorri you are the master of scheduling! It has always been comforting to know that when I call your number, you always seem to answer, and fix the issue, whatever it may be.  John, thanks again for your expertise in working out the on-site difficult construction issues that every project encounters.
 
Finally, please feel free to use us as both professional and personal references.  Your firm has done an excellent job, in addition your both very nice and honest people. This seems to be a difficult combination to find in our increasing complex world!
